After Casablanca and Abidjan next stop, Douala where the popular french retail chain Fnac, will soon open a new store in Douala.
The information has been gotten from ChouchouMpacko, a Cameroonian web personnality who had tweeted the information on Wednesday morning.
The #FNAC will officially open in March 2017 at #Cameroun in Douala
As the tweet entails, the french retail chain is going to open a store at Kadji Square in Bali where some famous french brands are already settled (Celio*, Super U, New Port, Aldo etc).
I don't know if the information is official and this is the only "detailed" information about Fnac's establishment in Cameroon. It may be taken with a pinch of salt. However 2 years ago, Fnac's CEO made known to the public that after Ivory Coast, they may open a store in Cameroon and Senegal. We still don't know the exact date. What we only know from that tweet is that they may open in March.
If they really open a store in Cameroon, then we will have access to all their services including, books, gaming, disks, DVD, ticketing, telephony, games and toys, photos, smart objects. (to me the mangas *-*).
